Our expert team will negotiate bedroom rates and secure accommodation allocations at multiple hotels whether you’re looking for the bustle of the city or want a space in a countryside setting.

We offer the option to create a bespoke web page for your event, where delegates can book their own accommodation at a hotel to suit their individual budget. The website can include your branding, a summary of the event and will highlight the distance from the conference venue.
