Nottingham and Nottinghamshire’s Conference and Events Offer showcased at The Meetings Show 2026

Meet in Nottingham will return to The Meetings Show at ExCeL London on 24–25 June 2026, promoting Nottingham and Nottinghamshire as a leading destination for conferences, meetings, and major business events.

Representing the region as Team Nottingham on stand B82, Meet in Nottingham will be joined by key partners including Nottingham Venues, Trent Conference Centre, Belvoir Castle, Broadway Cinema and Luxbooth. This year also marks a strengthened regional collaboration with colleagues from Visit Derby to showcase cross-county opportunities and offer.

The Meetings Show is the UK’s leading event for the meetings, conferences, and events industry, bringing together over 4,500 event organisers, destinations, venues, hotels, and suppliers from across the UK and internationally. The annual event provides a platform for destinations to connect directly with conference organisers, associations, and event professionals through networking, educational sessions, and pre-scheduled business appointments.

Throughout the two-day exhibition, Team Nottingham will meet with event planners and association buyers to showcase the region’s diverse conference venues, strong transport connectivity, vibrant cultural offer, and unique delegate experiences available across both the city and county.

Megan Powell Vreeswijk, CEO of Marketing Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, including Meet in Nottingham, said:

“Attending The Meetings Show provides an invaluable opportunity to position Nottingham and Nottinghamshire on a national and international stage as a dynamic destination for conferences and business events. Our strength lies not only in our excellent venues and accessibility, but also in the partnerships across the region that enable us to deliver memorable and impactful delegate experiences.

By attending as Team Nottingham alongside our partners, and working with neighbouring destinations, we can showcase the breadth of opportunities available across the wider region while continuing to attract major events that deliver long-term economic and reputational benefits for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.”

Melissa Sobo, Director of Sales at Nottingham Venues, said: “We’re delighted to be attending this year’s Meeting Show. We cannot wait to be on the stand alongside our partners, reminding all those who visit Nottingham that we are a city who champion each other and want to see our city thrive.”

Stewart Terry, Director of Marketing and Communications at Broadway Cinema, said: “Broadway is proud to join Team Nottingham at The Meetings Show, showcasing what makes our venue a distinctive choice for conferences and corporate events. We’ve seen significant growth in bespoke bookings over the past few years, and the wider region offers a remarkable range of spaces for event organisers from across the UK and beyond.
